PhilHealth contributions are computed from your monthly basic salary. The employee and the employer share the contribution equally.
Contribution rate
For 2026 the contribution rate is 5% of monthly basic salary, split evenly:
- Employee share: 2.5% of monthly basic salary
- Employer share: 2.5% of monthly basic salary
